TRANSPORTATION
ARMAGHAN FIBERGLASS succeeded to design and produce these new products that are unique in the world and able to transport on the roads by just by 2 trucks.

COVERED that LOOK LIKE TILE COVERING
One Dome and 2 Minarets wholly look like “tile covered surface” but they have been covered just by color painting with 20 years life.
Also we can cover it by Iranian Islamic tiles with your suggested design too on the place of the project but the color painting done before transportaion.

DIMENSION of the first domes and minarets in the pictures:
Our first portable dome and minaret dimensions is as below that are fully portable by truck , but we can design and make them in any dimension as you need for your religious places or mousques and if the diameter of the dome was more than 4 meter it should be make in a few segments and the segments will be sticked together in the place of the building.
Our first portable dome diameter and height is 4.10 * 4.10 m
Our first portable minaret height is 8.70 m

UV : ultra violet of sun light
The color that we are using to paint these products has 20 years life against UV, then we guaranty the color quality for 20 years and after 20 years you no need to repaint them because the changing in the color is very little but it is possible to recolor them and change the design too if you would like to do it very easy by us.
Also you can recover it by tiles whenever you like it too but be informed that tiles also will be damaged against UV and weather little by little and they need some maintenace too aniversary and the weight of tiles are much more heavier than painting so.

Tile covering
We can cover this GRP domes and minarets then their weight is less than masonery domes and minarets and heavier than painted ones.

Resume
Since 2011 we erected 10 painted GRP domes with 20 GRP painted minarets as our first projects in Mashhad city in Iran and you can see that there is not any change in their quality at all.

Production period
We can make generally 1 to 9 domes and 2 to 18 minarets per month with our one mold, but in the big projects we can make additional molds and our plant capacity for making them can increase times.
Then one dome and 2 minarets by above mentioned dimensions will be made just in 1 month even your order was 9 domes and 18 minarets also the period of producing is one month.

Period of erection
For our first dome with 2 minarets the period of installation is just one day.

تم تصميم و انتاج هذه القباب و المآذن في هذه المجموعة الصناعية المسماة مجموعة ارمغان فایبرگلاس   لاول مره  قبة  في قطعه واحده ليس في قطاعات.

النقل
مجموعه ارمغان فایبرگلاس نجحت في تصميم وإنتاج هذه المنتجات الجديدة التي فريدة من نوعها في العالم وقادرة على النقل على الطرق بها فقط عن طريق الشاحنتین.

الغطاء التی تظن بلاطا طابوقیا مع الکاشی الایرانی

واحد قبة وماءذنتین  كلياً تبدو وكأنها “بلاط سطح مغطى” ولكن تم تغطيتها فقط بلون الطلاء مع الحياة 20 سنة. كما أننا يمكن أن تغطي بالبلاط الإسلامي الإيراني مع التصميم المقترح أيضا بعدالنقل على مكان المشروع ولكن التلوین، یمکن القيام به قبل النقل .

لدينا أبعاد قبة ومئذنة المحمولة الأولى كما أدناه التي هي تماما المحمولة بالشاحنات، لكن يمكننا تصميم وجعلها في أي البعد تحتاج للأماكن الدينية الخاصة بك أو  المساجد  وإذا كان قطر القبة أكثر من 4 امتار فإنه ينبغي أن يكون في قطاعات قليلة وسوف يكون الشرائح   متصل  معا  فی مكان المبنى.

الأشعة فوق البنفسجية: البنفسجية من ضوء الشمس
اللون الذي نحن تستخدم لطلاء هذه المنتجات، حیاته 20 سنة ضد الأشعة فوق البنفسجية والطقس، ثم نحن الكفالة نوعية اللون لمدة 20 عاماً وبعد 20 عاماً كنت لا حاجة إلى إعادة رسم لهم نظراً للتغير في اللون ضئيل جداً لكنه من الممكن إعادة تلوين لهم وتغيير التصميم جداً إذا كنت ترغب في القيام بذلك من السهل جداً لنا. كما يمكنك استرداد فإنه بالبلاط كلما كنت مثل ذلك أيضا ولكن يكون أبلغ أن البلاط أيضا سوف يكون معطوباً ضد الأشعة فوق البنفسجية والطقس شيئا فشيئاً، وأنهم بحاجة إلى بعض الصيانة أثقل أكثر بكثير من اللوحة ذلك أيضا سنویا   و  وزن البلاط. تغطي البلاط ونحن يمكن أن تغطي هذه المجموعة القباب والمآذن ثم وزنهم أقل من القباب و المآذن بمواد البناء وأثقل مما رسمت منها.

السيرة الذاتية
منذ 2011 نحن نصب 10 قباب الفایبرغلاسیه و 20 رسمت مآذن مشاريعنا الأولى في مدينة مشهد في إيران، ونرى أنه لا يوجد أي تغيير في نوعيتها على الإطلاق.

فترة الإنتاج
يمكننا أن نجعل عموما من 1 إلى 9 قباب ومآذن 2 إلى 18 في الشهر مع لدينا قالب واحد، ولكن في المشاريع الكبيرة التي يمكننا أن نجعل قوالب إضافية ويمكن زيادة قدرتنا النبات لجعلها مرات. ثم قبة واحدة ومآذن 2 بالأبعاد المذكورة أعلاه سوف يتم فقط في شهر واحد حتى كان طلبك 9 قباب ومآذن 18 أيضا فترة المنتجة شهر واحد. لأوامر أخرى بعد الفترة صنع يمكن التفاوض بشأنها، ثم الرجاء الاتصال بنا كلما كنت بحاجة إلى معرفة.
